In observation of World Zoonosis Day 6th July, the department of Veterinary & Animal Husbandry Zunheboto held anti rabbis vaccination camp at public ground Zunheboto Wednesday. District Veterinary Officer Dr. Khashepu Sema while interacting with the people said that for the safety of both animals and human beings, the public should have their pet animals vaccinated at the right time. He also said that most of the vaccines and medicines for chicken and pig gets expired in the office itself due to ignorance of the people to avail them. A total of 150 dogs and 3 cats were vaccinated.
