ANSPTA responds to govt clarification
Responding to recent government’s clarification on teachers’ recruitment, the ANSPTA Tuesday issued a rejoinder saying it “felt necessary to project the true legal factual on the issue the NCTE Act 1993, and the RTE Act 2009”.

According to ANSPTA, it was “apparent” that clarifications issued by department have “no legal basis.” It also said teachers’ examination was conducted in “utter violation” of the NCTE Act 1993, RTE Act 2009 and the notification Nov 28 and contrary to the assurances given by the department to the trained candidates.

“No amount of clarification or explanation can validate the illegal actions of the department,” it stated.
