Deputy Commissioner (DC) Dimapur, N. Hushili Sema has informed all AEOs appointed for the ensuing assembly election to attend a briefing on January 28, 11 a.m. at ADCs chamber, DC office Dimapur.
DC also informed the public that a district complaint monitoring cell and call centre has been set up at DC and DEOs office Dimapur.
Any complaint on violation of model code of conduct, paid news under media certification and monitoring committee, related to election expenditure could be lodged at toll free number 248739, control room, DC’s office Dimapur.
Further, the DC informed that as per the ECI directions for the purpose of election expenditure, the rate of various items of election related expenses as discussed with all the political parties representatives has been notified for the purpose of the election expenditure account; DIPR rates of advertisements have also been notified and that the same was also been displayed on the notice board of DEO and DC, office Dimapur.
