Health director Government of Nagaland Dr. L. Angami inaugurated Pathlab and health clinic as chief guest at High School Junction Kohima on January 29.
The chief guest in his speech emphasized the need to inculcate work culture among the Nagas and encouraged the youth to engage in self-employment and self-sustainability. He said that the lab personnel are the backbone of the physician/practitioner in diagnosing and treating diseases.
He also encouraged medical technologists to work hard, and to be dedicated, transparent and sincere in their profession.
Earlier, pastor Khedi Baptist Church Neivizolie Chielie read the scripture, special song was presented by Kikrukhrülie Kesiezie, programme was chaired by Kahie Kesiezie, brief report on lab setup was delivered by Akhrielie Kesiezie, medical technologist, where he also mentioned about the purpose, role and importance of a diagnostic lab.
