Nagaland BJP national council member Vihoshe James, and state vice president Johnny G Rengma, attended the meeting attended the BJP National Council Meeting (NCM) held at Talkatoro stadium, New Delhi which concluded Sunday.
At the meeting, Rengma spoke on the political, social and economic issues of Nagaland state and the BJP adopted political resolutions.
Rengma in a press note stated that as per the political resolution, any attempt by the centre to bring in Congress control indirectly through the president’s rule will not be acceptable anywhere in the state of India.
The resolutions also compliment the re-election of NPF government in Nagaland with which the BJP was alliance.
He also stated that it was high time that the political resolution of Naga problem was expedited within the Indian constitution.
