GPRN/NSCN has issued an order directing all “Naga army personnel” on leave or default from the camp, official/non-official, to reach their respective designated camps on or before March 12, 2013 without fail.
GSO 1 (admin) “Brig.” Vihoto Chopi, in an order issued through MIP, cautioned that failing to comply with the order the responsible would be dealt with according to “Naga army” rules and regulations.
