NMHP to man traffic during school hours

New Ministers’ Hill Panchayat (NMHP) has resolved to control vehicular movements during school hours to avoid traffic congestion.

NMHP in a release stated that the panchayat has kept “No Entry” signboard for vehicles coming from Old Ministers’ Hill and Mohonkhola towards LFHSS from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m. in the morning and 2:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. in the afternoon.

All vehicles, buses have been directed to ply through South Police station or P. Shilu Ao road- way to Tourist lodge as “In” and via panchayat hall towards old Ministers’ Hill/Mohonkhola as “Out” during the given hour.

Further, NMHP has requested all public, parents and students of LFHSS to strictly adhere to the resolution of the colony and the panchayat.

NMHP and colony youth would also maintain strict vigilance so no complaints would be entertained for any action taken to the defaulters.
