Padum Pukhuri Village Council (PPVC) has informed the public within the village jurisdiction to “open and clear” the drainages and “big nallah” within March 31 adding it would visit each block after the said date. PPVC also cautioned that defaulters would be penalized as per the village council’s resolution.
