Coinciding with 25th anniversary, Royal Club, Kohima on Friday observed its Raising day at local ground, Kohima.
Addressing the gathering Royal Club, Kohima members Shurho-o Solo, K.Kire, Dr. Nicky Kire, Sezo and Vituohu Rame, all urged upon the club members to re-dedicated themselves for the service of the people.
They also called upon the members, especially the younger lots to continue to give their best in uplifting the club to higher level in all fields.
Two minutes silence was observed in honour of the 16 departed members of the Club. The raising day function was attended by members and family members of the club.
Earlier the programme was chaired by Pelezotuo Miachieo, welcome address was given by, president Royal Club, Kohima Atuolie Mepfuo, invocation prayer by Ruokuo Kire and vote of thanks was proposed by Viliethie. The programme was followed by grand feast.
