The committee set up under the chairmanship of M.P. Bezbaruah to look into issues confronted by people hailing from the Northeast living in different parts of the country especially the metropolitan areas has invited organizations for an interactive session with the committee. According to a press release issued by Ministry of Home Affairs, North East Division, the committee has begun its tour of Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, Bangalore, Mumbai and Delhi from March 3 to March 14 for interactions with general public and students/professionals and other various persons from the Northeast living in various parts of the country.
