BSF holds medical camp at Xuyivi village

111 Bn. BSF stationed at Satakha town conducted medical camp at Xuyivi Village and distributed various CSD materials to Xuyivi village council, Xuyivi students’ union, women and youth departments (XBC).
In a press release, Xuyivi village council expressed gratitude to 111 Bn. BSF particularly YM Upadhayay, Commandant and his wife.
Village council also thanked ML Singh, Bn. 2 i/c, Huskha Sumi, deputy commandant and Bn. Adjutant, T Mere Angami, deputy commandant and Quarter Master, Dr. W Thoiba Singh, CMO (SG), and I Piketo Sema, Inspector.
XVC stated that many officers and men had served at Satakha and contributed a lot to the welfare of the people, however, the present Battalion Commandant and his men have served the people of Satakha area with greater zeal and commitment to uplift the image of 111 Battalion in particular and BSF in general.
The council chairman and head GB, L Toshiho Naga and the VDB secretary K Hushito Zhimo said the cordial relationship with the public through developmental activities and medical assistance was praiseworthy. The village leaders wished the 111 Bn BSF the best as they continue to serve the people with commitment and vision.
