SSP cadet represents State on R-Day

NNC cadet Tokhuo Humtsoe, student of Class IX and son of Nchumbemo Humtsoe from Sainik School Punglwa (SSP), represented Nagaland state in the parade contingent during 66th Republic Day celebration in New Delhi. He was the only male cadet from the state in the contingent.
SSP Principal said he was the first in history of SSP to have been selected for the event. He was warmly welcomed back to school on February 9 by the Principal, cadets and staff. 
On his return, Captain (IN) Kanchan Mukherjee complemented and congratulated the cadet during the school assembly and also expressed his delight for making the school proud. 
The Principal said it was a maiden feat of the cadet which would remain etched in the annals of the school history.
