PTPF and ACAUT Pfutsero condemn

Pfutsero Town Pastors’ Fellowship (PTPF) has strongly condemned the “barbaric assault and extortion of Rs.10000” on pastor Krishna Ramauli by NSCN (R).
 PTPF chairman Poyo Tunyi and secretary Dr. Tsulingupe Kapfo disclosed that Kuzoveyi Kezo of Pholami village and deputy kilonser, finance of NSCN(R) along with other members of the outfit assaulted pastor Ramauli and also extorted Rs.10,000 on August 31 at 3 p.m. 
PTPF said it was the duty of a pastor to preach, nourish and protect the flock from false doctrine, proclaiming the truth, praying for the people against what was wrong. PTPF expressed distress against the uncivilized act on pastor Ramauli, who it said, was even threatened to “death with munitions” and treated roughly. The forum appealed on the authorities involved to control and discipline their cadre and also urged upon all right thinking citizens to condemn such a disturbing act that was alien to Naga society. 
Meanwhile, ACAUT Pfutsero strongly condemned the alleged extortion and threat on a businessman Krishna Ramauli, reportedly a pastor of Nepali Baptist Church Pfutsero town at gunpoint by NSCN (R) dy. kilonser Küzoveyi Kezo of Pholami village on August 31 in Pfutsero town. ACAUT Pfutsero unit convenor Wezote Kreo and secretary Vikhrutu Leah said when peace and unity was the theme of all NPGs and public to solve the Naga political issue, such “utter provocation” by some like Küzoveyi, deputy kilonser finance who extorted Rs.10,000 at gunpoint  brought total shame on the NSCN(R) and all national workers.
ACAUT Pfutsero said the panic created was a threat on solution and condemned and resolved “not to tolerate such unlawful and unjustified instance”. ACAUT said it has decided to stand firm against such activities by any groups or individuals in the interest of the people of Pfutsero and Nagas in general.
