ANDMSA Wokha unit: ANDMSA Wokha unit has strongly supported the 30-day ultimatum served on government by ANDMSA central team. In a press note, president ANDMSA, Rubenthung Ngullie and general secretary Renchio Humtsoe stated that District Ministerial Employees were the backbone of the government at the grass root level who looks after the thousands of records and accounts of government and its employees, however its work assignment and recruitment policy was no match with the pay and allowances and promotional scope given by the government.
Reiterating its three charters of demands, ANDMSA Wokha lamented that District Ministerial Employees have been denied their due share in terms of promotional scope and financial benefits by successive governments. Therefore, ANDMSA Wokha urged the government to look after the genuine demands served by ANDMSA within the 30-day ultimatum. The unit warned that in the event of failure to comply with the ultimatum, the unit will not be held responsible for any eventualities.
