Based on specific information Dimapur police conducted a covert operation and arrested three persons from Dimapur Railway Station on November 25.
In a press note by ADC of Police/PRO, the arrested persons were found to be members of different banned organizations and were based in Dimapur preparing to venture into other states.
They were identified as ‘private’ Swosilang Durga of NDFB (S) son of Reshman Basumatary of Chirang, Assam, Likarson Sangma, cadre of LAEK organization, son of Josen Sangma of Goalpara, Assam and ‘Leacy’ Nagaho Awomi of NSCN(K) son of Zuhoto Awomi of Luvishe village,Aghunato. Currently they are all under police custody for further investigation.
