Naga Christian Fellowship Chennai (NCFC) celebrated Advent Christmas on November 27 at St.Matthias Church with special Christmas group songs from the five main Naga populated areas in the city, Taramani,Tambaram,Chepauk,Nungambakkam and Maduravoyal.
Speaking on the occasion, NCF Chennai pastor, Wapangtoshi said that Christmas season was the best and the most beautiful season of the year. He also said “if we don’t allow Jesus to come into our lives the Bible will be just an ordinary book or a piece of paper and the meaning of Christmas will never fulfill”.
Meanwhile, the famous Madras Christian College Choir mesmerized the congregation with two Christmas songs and the NCF Chennai praise and worship team also presented special numbers. Large number of people attended the programme from all walks of life and also enjoyed the delicious Naga cuisine prepared by the NCFC families.
