Bambusa outlet inaugurated in Kma

The fourth outlet of Bambusa restaurant was launched Saturday at the rooftop of Kezehol complex, Razhu Point, Kohima. This was its fourth outlet in the last three years.
Bambusa is popularly known for its trademark ‘momo’ and ‘chow’.
During the launch, proprietor of the outlet Medo Putsure informed that Bambusa imports ‘chow’ while the ‘momos’ were prepared by the best chefs. The restaurant has a team that spends a lot of time on research and development, he stated.
Putsure said they offer ‘combos’ which allow customers to chose from a diverse set of food items at a reasonable price, adding that all Bambusa outlets have the same prices as there was no reason why the prices in Kohima should be higher than Dimapur.
According to the proprietor, the USP of Bambusa was the quality food it offers, plus the consistency with which the restaurant maintains its quality.
With regard to ambience, Putsure said the rooftop was chosen so that customers/citizens experience the good view while enjoying their meal– an open window experience.
“We will soon launch a strong delivery service and will be delivering to hospitals, banks, offices and catering events etc,” Putsure informed on the expansion/diversification plans of the chain.
Bambusa currently has a 60-strong team and indirectly employs over 250 people.
