HVYO holds picnic-cum-get together

Humtso Village Youth Organization (HVYO) held its first “picnic cum get together” at Doyang Hydro Electric Project (DHEP) on April 29. HVYO president, Yitsabemo Humtsoe stated that new office bearers were inducted.
