Nagaland Government Higher Secondary School Employee Association (NGHSSEA) has clarified that the statement published on May 6– “giving power of DDO to official who has no experience about school administration…” should be read as “giving power of DDO to official who belong to another cadre would intensify cadre conflict in the department”. In this regard NGHSSEA president Kelhikha Kenye has tendered apology to any officer/party who may have been hurt due to the miscommunication.
