EFOs resolve to re-strengthen ENPO

Eastern Frontal Organisations (EFOs) have unanimously resolved to strive in re-strengthening and redefining the sanctity of the Eastern Nagaland People’s Organisation (ENPO) so as to uphold social and political integrity in the larger interest of the people of Eastern Nagaland.
This was resolved at an emergency consultative and coordination meeting on June 13, 2017 at Japfu Hotel, Kohima, which was attended by EFOs including Eastern Naga Students’ Federation (ENSF), Eastern Naga Women Organisation (ENWO), Eastern Naga Gazetted Officers’ Association (ENGOA) and the Eastern Nagaland Legislatures Union (ENLU) along with the six apex tribal bodies (Konyak Union, United Sangtam Likhum Bhumji, Yimchungru Tribal Council, Khiamniungan Tribal Council, Chang Khulei Setsang, Phom People’s Council).
At the meeting, the house also deliberated on the present political commotion that “inflicts upon the sanctity of the social institution”, stated a statement issued on behalf of all EFOs (ENSF/ENGOA/ENWO/ENLU) and six apex tribal bodies (KU/USLB/CKS/YTC/KTC/PPC).
