After the Gauhati High Court, Kohima bench on July 14, issued stay order on Governor’s directive to the Nagaland chief minister to hold floor test on July 15; the case will be heard on July 17. The NLA speaker who was made as Respondent No.1 will be represented by the counsel in the hearing.
