In view of the unstable and weak condition of Mikhe Bailey Bridge (steel bridge), located 52km from Wokha town along Wokha-Bokajan road, the Public Works Department (Road & Bridges) Wokha has advised the commuters to take precautionary measures while travelling along that bridge especially heavy vehicles above four tons. In a press release, PWD (R&B) Wokha executive engineer, Amyingo N. Ngullie, cautioned that the department would not be held responsible for any untoward incidents/accident that could occur on violation. Meanwhile, the PWD (R&B) Wokha has requested the public to bear with the inconvenience.
