The citizens of Alichen Compound Mokokchung (ACM) strongly condemns the raid and ransacking of the house of T. Wapang Longchar on the night of August 26 around 8:15pm under the command of Major David (164 TA Naga) and his hooded henchmen.
In a condemnation note, chairman and secretary T. Merang Longchar and L. Supong Imchen respectively of Alichen compound stated that this unwarranted harassment has inflicted psychological trauma on the wife and children creating an uneasy atmosphere in Alichen. It further stated that the public of Alichen advices Major David to mend his ways and show decency to all innocent Nagas.
