Two SBI tiny card ‘Customer Service Points’ (CSP), one at Samziuram and the other at old Jalukie village under Peren district by State Bank of India (SBI).
Both the CSPs were inaugurated by D. Saikia, Chief Manager, Regional Office, Dimapur SBI along with Branch Manager of Jalukie, SBI.
The programmes in both the villages were attended by Village Council members, GB, VDB members, SHGs and general public of the villages.
D. Saikia, spoke on saving concept, the benefit of CSP to the villagers and further mentioned that the plan was to provide banking facilities to all the citizens of India, and in this regard asked the villagers to open a bank account at their respective CSP centers.
Shumbemo and Robin Chawang represented Zero Mass Foundation for Technical and Operating support to CSP operators.
