Kids for Fame season 3 launched

After tasting success for the last two seasons, Kids for Fame season 3, 2011 was launched Wednesday at Hiyo Cafe, Dimapur on Wednesday.
Kids for Fame, a singing contest in Nagaland for youngsters between the age of 10 to 17 was first launched in the year 2009. 
Managing director Pheto Music Association (PMA), Kashito Kiba launching the 3rd season Kids for Fame said the contest was mainly focused on providing a bigger platform and better opportunity, besides unearthing the hidden talent of youngsters. 
He said that during the last two years, the contest had promoted many young upcoming talents at various categories. 
It may be noted that Pheto Music Association, a registered society under Home Department of Nagaland is an association for music and entertainment industry organizing the contest with the support and contribution from various liked minded sponsors. 
Apart for organizing Kids for Fame, in 2010 the PMA also organized Nagas Got Talent Season 1, a mega talent hunt contest to promote and provide platform for various local talents to compete at the national level said Kashito. 
“Through this we have been able to send the winner and finalist to compete in Colours national reality show, India’s Got Talent contest North East Mini audition held at Guwahati”, he said and added the three groups from Nagaland has been selected for the next round to be held at Kolkata.   
Pointing out that PMA’s vision towards Naga people has never stopped, the managing director affirmed that this year, it would take up the challenge in moving ahead by organizing Kids for Fame Season 3 2011, with better facilities and arrangement. 
Further he appealed the parents, relatives, churches, schools, institute and friends to encourage their talented kids to come forward and avail the opportunity. 
Meanwhile, aspiring participants have been informed to collect their entry form from Dimapur-Pheto Music Association office Notun Basti, Dimapur and Hiyo Caf? (9436405817), Glamazon L’oreal (9615263116); Kohima- Synegry Group Enterprise near CANSEA office, Season Caf? opposite head post office (9402489412); Tuensang- Social welfare society office below St Joseph’s school (9612302331).
Other districts willing to co-organize the event have been informed to contact PMA office at the earliest.  
The organizing committee includes- Betoka Swu, owner of Hiyo Caf? as team management who is also in-charge of photography in PMA, Calvina Sumi, proprietor of Glamazon L’oreal and PMA make-up artist, Kashito Kiba director PMA, Yangdibi Sangtam, first eastern highway star winner as Tuensang district co-organizer and Alobo Naga, musician and press secretary PMA.
