Fishery farm school at Tseminyu sub-division sponsored by ATMA Kohima was inaugurated on June 24 by chief guest Y. Kent DFO Kohima, AMC member ATMA. Speaking on the occasion, the chief guest said the purpose of the fishery farm school was to train farmers to make their fishery ponds more effective and productive. Altogether 54 farmers from different villages under Tseminyu sub division attended the programme and were provided with fish seeds. Earlier, Athinu Rengma SDAO BTT convener, Tseminyu chaired the programme, Woban BTT convener Jakhama spoke on the concept of farm school and the programme concluded with a vote of thanks by Shwenga Kent.
