Rengma Naga people’s Conference (RNPC) the apex body of Rengma Naga community residing in Karbi Anglong district of Asssam elected new executive members to rejuvenate the motto and cause of Rengma Naga People’s Conference. The meeting was attended by general secretaries and two members from each of the 19th unit of RNPC. The meeting elected new office bearers, under the chairmanship of Sepenga Rengma.
The newly appointed officers include Khenga Rengma, president, Ketinga Rengma and Shahi Rengma-vice president, Chento Rengma – general secretary, Solomon Rengma- joint secretary, Asheng Rengma- treasurer and R.H. Rengma, David Rengma and GK Rengma as advisors. Meanwhile, the newly elected president has extended gratitude to all delegates and outgoing office bearers for their selfless service extended for the community.
The day long programe came to an end with a prayer of blessing prayer by Rev. Athang Seb.
