Youth retreat-cum-raising day of S. Hotovi Baptist Church was held on July 25 at Generation Countdown Youth Ministry (GCYM) centre, 5th Mile, Sovima, Dimapur.
About 100 youth members from S. Hotovi Church led and guided by pastor, Khukiye Yeptho and youth leader, Hovika Zhimo and elders participated in the day-long event, which was held under the theme “Victorious over sin”.
Vice-president, NPF central office and head GB of Suhoi village Tokuho Neho as the chief guest exhorted the gathering to renew their commitment to life through such event.
Stating that each one of us has a purpose in life, he challenged the youth to be sincere and dedicated in life and ponder on what one can do for the society or what changes you can make in the lives of others. As token of love, he also donated a sum of Rs. 30,000 towards the programme.
