Benreu orgns condemn

Benreului Baudi Nagaland (BBN) has condemned the heinous act and alleged rape by Kiedai Dwaswang of Ngwalwa village on May 17 on a mother of eight at her own residence. In a press note, BBN president Heikim Meru and general secretary Heisuipung Iheilung appealed all to condemn such atrocities and sexual assault against women and urged upon the law enforcing agencies to probe into the matter seriously. BBN also demanded that the accused be punished as per the provision of the law.
BNU & BMNU: Benreului Ngwalwa unit (BNU) and Benreului Mipui Ngwalwa unit (BMNU) have vehemently condemned the inhuman act of Kiedai Doson son of late Kikiebe Doson of Ngwalwa village for allegedly raping a mentally challenged woman, a mother of eight children at her home on May 17 at around 1 p.m. In a joint statement, BNU president and BMNU chairperson stated that such heinous crime was intolerable and that the culprit must be punished as per the law of the land.
