Two persons were arrested August 20 on charges of circulating obscene pictures of a non-local teenage girl, police said Monday. According to police, the accused (a juvenile), and co-accused Roshan Gupta, a school dropout and an autorickshaw driver, confessed to committing crime, saying the main accused had called the victim for a “joy ride”, along with Gupta, to Green Park 5th Mile.
While at the park, Gupta captured video of the boy and the girl indulging in obscene activity and later on the accused and co-accused circulated it in town. The arrested have been charged under IPC and IT, police said.
