Western Angami Catholic Youth Association (WACYA) has conducted cleanliness drive on April 25 along NH 29 under Sechü Zubza Sub-Division in Kohima district with the Assistant Conservator of Forest, Kohima Forest Range Office, Beizo Suokhrie, as the chief guest.
Addressing the programme, he said civilization and cleanliness should go hand in hand and encouraged the participants to organize more cleanliness drives in order to create awareness. He has also encouraged the public to maintain their surroundings clean. Altogether 130 association members participated in the cleanliness drive.
