
Don Bosco (DB) Tech, 3rd Mile, Dimapur, has organized its batch inaugural cum parents meet on February 24 with EAC, DC office, Dimapur, Lithrila Sangtam, as the chief guest and EAC, Kedelu Sebu, and Chief Manager of Axis Bank, City Tower Branch Dimapur Asenla Ao as the guest of honors. The esteemed guests of the function were Thilixu village chairman and pastor and parents of trainees.
In her speech, the chief guest gave a very invigorating and motivating speech on the need to realize and built the inherent potential in each of them to be a good professional. She also emphasized on key qualities of trainees which included discipline and soft-skills and how these qualities could them different from any other training. She further appreciated the DB Tech for giving such quality training to the youth.
The other guests namely Sebu, Asenla and Thilixu village chairman also spoke on the present scenario of employment and urged the trainees to take the training seriously and to stand on their own feet.
A large no of trainee parents attended the function which started with an invocation prayer by Thilixu Baptist Church pastor. The trainees enthralled the parents and guests with their beautiful Konyak and Sumi cultural songs, Chang and Adivasi folk dance and speeches.
DB Tech, 3rd Mile Centre gave opportunity to the youth in training them in ISMO and food and beverages domains.
