Joint Relief Committee comprising of Mech Kachari Youth Organisation (MKYO), Mech Kachari Youth Welfare Association (MKYWA), Dimasa Youth Organisation, Nagaland (DYON) & Garo Students’ Union, Nagaland Zone (GSUNZ) on behalf of the respective organizations expressed solidarity and grief to Bodo brothers who were victimized in the recent ethnic clash in Bodoland (BTAD, Assam).
The Joint Relief Committee on behalf of the respective peoples of Dimapur, Nagaland initiated to collect relief materials for victimized Bodo families to be forwarded to All Bodo Students’ Union for distribution.
The organisation prayed that peace and normalcy would prevail in the disturbed areas at the earliest and also conveyed its support and solidarity to organizations and authorities in their endeavour towards bringing the situation under control.
