Development Department of the Liangmai Baptist Association (LBA), in collaboration with the Nagaland Development Outreach (NDO), has organized a one-day training programme within the Liangmai community for the development project funded by ERIKS & HCDL on February 27 at the ADC Headquarter Tening Mission Center, Nagaland.
The Development Secretary of Liangmai Baptist Association (LBA), NK Joseph, said the training programme was divided into two sessions in which the first session was taught on the awareness of the child rights and Protection, while in the second session, resource persons imparted on the rights of tribal.
The resource persons were Liangsi John Newmai, Advocate and Director C-Cerp, Dimapur, and assisted by Inlum Hoinrang, Advocate, Dimapur. Around 95 community leaders participated. The Development Secretary, NK Joseph, has expressed gratitude to the participants as well as to the resource persons for sparing their time for the rural people.
