Watchman Team has condemned the alleged murder attempt on Kughalu Chophy by four Illegal Bangladeshi Immigrants (IBIs) as published in local dailies on November 27.
In a press release, Watchman Team said it supported the stand of Survival Nagaland Group that Illegal Bangladeshi Immigrants should not be given any valid documents as they were not citizens of the country.
Watchman Team has urged the home department, home commissioner, DC and the police to get their acts together and keep out illegal immigrants who were now threatening the existence of rightful citizens.
Watchman Team said it was time for youth groups and student bodies to wake up and get organized in every locality and colony before the sheer number of IBIs overpower Nagas and bring us to shame and threaten our religious freedom.
