Trg cum capacity building held

Longleng district Friday conducted “Training cum Capacity Building for VHC and Stake holders on Communitization” at IDSP conference hall, CMO office Longleng.
Delivering a brief introduction on communitization CMO Longleng Dr. N.Bendang Jamir said that it is a partnership between government and community to promote and protect the health and well being of the people. He encouraged the VHC chairman of all the Health units to encourage community partnership in order to have a better future and appreciated the Tangha SC for their good performance. Dr. N.Bendang Jamir also encouraged the other health units to do the same and urged all the health units to conduct social work once in a month to keep their premises clean and maintained register on Untied fund, Maintenance Fund, Staff Attendance, stock register and cash book.
The programme was attended by Dr. N Bendang Jamir CMO, Dr. T. Wabang MS District Hospital, Dr. Kongyan deputy CMO, VHC chairman from all the Health Units and DPMU staffs.
The program was chaired by Dr. Kongyan, invocation prayer was led by Elom  VHC chairman, Namching and welcome address was delivered by Dr. Kongyan. Presentation on Communitization activities and success history was presented by the VHC chairman of all the health units. A documentary film on communitization was shown during the programme.
