Continuing its raids against sale of IMFL in Dimapur, the staff of UT-1 of NSCN (I-M) led by its Super Market Area Supervisor, Thsapisa Sangtam along with Council Vice Chairman, Niu Colony and women leaders raided several places in Niu Colony on September 6 and seized around 80 bottles of assorted liquor.
The UT-1 has been conducting raids at liquor joints under the directive of Kilonser-cum-Caretaker CAO of UT-1, NSCN (I-M), Lt Col (Rtd) Ape Venuh.
The seized liquor were destroyed in presence of village elders, women leaders, youths and Village Council members outside the Niu Colony council hall.
