All retired state government officials has been informed that GPF final payment cases, settled upto the month of August 2013, have been uploaded in the AG Nagaland website.
Pensioners may kindly log on to web-site (www.agnagaland.gov.in) by clicking at felicitation and GPF felicitation or by directly clicking on the sticky note written “Click here to view list of settled GPF final payment cases”.
Also, all retired government officials have been informed that an online grievance redressal system has been introduced in this office, which can be viewed from the office website.
Any person having grievance with any Entitlement function (GPF and Pension) discharged by the Accountants General can record his grievence online. Along with text of the grievance, relevant documents can also be uploaded.
Acknowledgments would be provided both via SMS and e-mail, along with status updates via SMS. The status of the grievance redress can be viewed online on this site.
They can also write to the Deputy Accountant General (A&E) Kahoto J Yepthomi or e-mail at kahoto_j@yahoo.co.in or agaenagaland@cag.gov.in for immediate redressal of their grievances.
All serving state government officials have also been informed that a special drive for missing credit adjustment has been initiated.
Therfore, complaint if any of non-adjustment over the years may be written indicating Reciept No and Accounts Number for action at this end, stated a press release issued by accounts officer Akum Chuba.
