On the invitation by NITI Aayog planning commission, secretary municipal department, Maongwati Aier IAS on behalf of Nagaland attended a workshop on developing smart and sustainable cities in India, with the council of science, technology and policy on September 3 at Delhi.
At the meeting, CEO of Niti Aayog, Khuller IAS and member of Niti Aayog and CEO of council of science technology and policy India also addressed the gathering.
It may be noted that Kohima had been declared as one of the smart city in India.
