District Congress Committee (DCC), Mokokchung successfully conducted an official tour to three constituencies starting November 29.
According to a press release jointly issued by DCC, Mokokchung, president, S. Tia Longkumer, and general secretary, media cell, Prakash Aley, on the first day of the tour, Tokheho Yepthomi, CLP leader, S.I Jamir, president, NPCC, MLAs, NPCC officials, DMCC,DYC, Seva Dal, Kiasn Cell ,NSUI and host of party leaders visited 22 Arkakong and 21 Tuli constituencies where delegates addressed the mammoth gathering.
On December 3, the tour programme commended with the inauguration and dedication of Sangtemla unit Bhawan under 26 Aonglenden constituency, wherein Dr. S.C Jamir, CWC member, after hoisting the party flag addressed the gathering.
Others who spoke in the programme included P. Satemliba, PCC member, Aten, vice-president, DCC, Tiala, president, DMCC president, 26 Aonglenden ACCC, and Yaden, chairman, Sangtemla ward.
The second phase of DCC Mokokchung tour programme for the remaining constituencies was being chalked out which would be announced very shortly.
Meanwhile, DCC Mokokchung has extended its gratitude to the president and executives of Arkakong, Tuli and Aonglenden constituencies for their cooperation in making the tour a success.
