BJP Nagaland executive meeting & state convention: Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Nagaland has convened its state executive meeting & state convention, for March 23 at Mon Town. All BJP legislators, state office bearers, state executive members, state morchas, national executive members, district presidents and general secretaries, state IT cell, state ex-servicemen cell, permanent members, special invitees and chairmen have been directed to attend the meeting.
NEAN emergency meeting: The National Health Mission Employees Association Nagaland (NEAN) has convened an emergency meeting for March 21, 12 pm at LCS building, Conference Hall, Kohima. The meeting is being called in regard to “national level office bearers with the MoH&FW officials” at Nirman Bhavan, New Delhi and also to prepare draft proposals as per time given by the ministry. All central executive office bearers, advisors, district unit presidents/general secretaries and district representatives have been requested to attend the meeting.
WSKH meeting: Western Sumi Kukami Hoho (WSKH) has convened a meeting of all its executive members, office bearers, advisors and chairmen of all its constituent areas, for March 20, 10 am at WSKH office, Chekiye village.
ANTA on yearly registration: All Nagaland Taxi Association (ANTA) Dimapur unit has informed all ANTA Dimapur unit registered members to complete their yearly registration renewal for the year 2019 on or before April 15, without fail.
SVEEP meeting in Wokha: EAC (J) and Nodal Officer for SVEEP, Wokha has informed all concerned that in view of the forthcoming General Elections, a meeting will be held on March 19, 11:00 am in the DC’s Conference Hall, Wokha, in regard to the Systematic Voters’ Education and Electoral Participation campaign. All stakeholders have been requested to attend the meeting without fail and ensure attendance of at least two representatives from each group. (DIPR)
Mokokchung election related exemption: DEO & ARO, Mokokchung, Rajesh Soundarajan has informed government servants who have applied for exemption from polling duty on medical grounds, to report at ADC (Planning) Conference Hall, Mokokchung, at 9 am on March 20, and produce Medical Investigation Reports to the Board. Applicants who do not appear before the Board will be deemed to have not applied for exemption. (DIPR)
Election related training in Tuensang: DC and DEO Tuensang, Mohammed Ali Shihab, has directed all presiding officers, 1st and 2nd polling officers and fourth grade government employees to attend the polling training from: March 22 to 23 – first round training; March 29 and 30 – second round; and April 5 and 6 – final round. HODs of the district have also been directed to direct employees and officials to attend the same without fail. The venue of the training will be GHSS Tuensang. (DIPR)
Kiphire DPDB meeting on March 22: The Monthly Kiphire District Planning and Development Board (DPDB) meeting for the month of March 2019 will be held on March 22 at the DC’s Conference hall Kiphire at 11 am. All the members have been requested to attend the meeting without fail. (DIPR)
DC Dimapur on buying, selling land: DC Dimapur, Kevekha Kevin Zehol has issued a notification stating that in pursuance to a Land Revenue department notification regarding implementation of minimum circle rate of land under Dimapur Mouzas, the Seller/Donor of immovable properties should first obtain sale or gift No Objection Certificates from the DC’s office before executing the deed of conveyance. For registration of documents, the Government of Nagaland, Land Revenue Department Notification issued vide LR/9-1/Rev/2003 (pt) (III) dated July 15, 2015, shall be enforced with immediate effect.
