Kohima police found an unidentified non local male lying unconscious by the road side at TCP Gate area on September 1 and admitted him to NHAK for medical treatment.
A press release by additional superintendent of police and PRO, Kohima stated that the said person regained consciousness but was unresponsive and couldn’t reveal his identity. In course of treatment at NHAK, he finally revealed his name as Aman. However, no further details could be established and despite all efforts, Aman expired on September 16 while he was undergoing medical treatment.
North Police Station, Kohima has informed any relatives, community members or persons who know of Aman, to contact them for more information. The deceased is being kept at North Police Station morgue for identification.
