DSSU jubilee meeting: Dimapur Sümi Students Union (DSSU) has convened its first meeting for the upcoming golden jubilee on February 13, 2 p.m at DSSU office, Supply Colony opposite VJs Coaching Centre. All the seniors, leaders and former leaders, who have worked as DSSU executives since its inception till date, have been requested to attend the meeting.
ZCCI meeting: Zunheboto Chamber of Commerce and Industries (ZCCI) has convened meeting of business establishment within Zunheboto on February 14, 1:30 p.m at Town Hall Zunheboto. ZCCI has asked all business community to close down the shops and attend the meeting which will also be addressed by deputy commissioner (DC) Zunheboto, Peter Lichamo. ZCCI has warned that defaulters/non-attendees found opening the shop during the meeting hour shall be penalised accordingly.
DEO Kohima informs: District education officer (DEO) Kohima, Dojü Khate has informed all the principals GHSS/headmasters/GHS and GMS head teacher under DEO Kohima to send a trained nodal teacher to collect required iron folic acid tablets (IFA) along with students enrolment list for their respective school at the DEO office from February 17 to 21 without fail.
KMC informs: Kohima Municipal Council (KMC) has informed all panchayat under its jurisdiction that national commission for safai karamcharis, ministry of social justice and empowerment will be visiting Kohima along with five officials from February 16-19. In this connection, KMC has convened a meeting with all panchayat/N605 / representatives of safai karamcharis (sanitary workers) and district administration on February 7, 9 a.m at KMC conference hall. All panchayat chairmen have been asked to attend or send their representatives without fail.
DCs Kiphire, Mon inform: Deputy commissioners of Kiphire, Sarita Yadav and Thavaseelan K, Mon have informed that the last date for uploading the details of arms license and issue of unique identification number (UIN) has been extended till June 29. All arms license holders without UIN under have been informed to produce their licence and furnish required particulars in prescribed format to the DC office, Mon latest by June 10 and Kiphire by April 30. All Arms license without the UIN will become invalid after June 29.
Kayakalp award under Wokha district: The peer assessment for Kayakalp award under Wokha district was conducted from January 31 to February 6. District hospital Wokha, Sanis and Bhandari CHCs, Wozhuro, Chukitong, Nyiro and Englan PHCs were assessed by internal team from the district. The assessment was done by Dr. C.W. Tungoe, CMO, Dr. Zuben Kikon, Dy. CMO, Dr. Wemeri, SMO, Dr. Thungchanbeni Patton DPM (QA) and Mhonbeni Ezung, DPM.
