
NPAD informs on transfer of monthly pensions: Nagaland Pensioners Association Dimapur (NPAD) has informed all pensioners of Dimapur that as per the standing orders of the state government as well as directives from SBI that monthly pensions would be paid by transfer to respective pensioner’s bank accounts irrespective of pension amount. NPAD requested all the pensioners to create a bank account on or before September 30 and in the meantime those pensioners who presently do not have a bank account may contact district treasury office, Dimapur for necessary needful action to enable drawing of pensions during the lockdown.

KPO elects new officials: Khomi Public Organisation (KPO) has declared a new team of office bearers of KPO for the tenure 2020-2022. The new team is led by Huruda Rahuyi as president, Vezhosuh Lohe as vice-president and Zhoveto Lohe as general secretary along with seven others.
