Acknowledging the state government move to set up Nagaland Staff Selection Board (NSSB), Eastern Naga Students’ Federation (ENSF) has urged the state government to issue draft content of the regulations before the cabinet approval “so as to give sufficient time to study for views, input and comment on it.” ENSF president Sepili L Sangam and assistant general secretary Khomo P stated that by doing so the NSSB would ensure equal opportunity of employment unlike in the past. ENSF, therefore, urged the government to “look for an equitable and justiceable solution in order to forbid from future ramification.”
