Nagaland Governor, R.N. Ravi has extended warm greetings to the Angami community and the people of Nagaland on the occasion of Terhünyi festival.
As the festival is about thanks giving to God for the bountiful harvest and good health to the people, the governor said it is also an opportunity for the youth to learn the rich culture and beautiful traditions of the Angamis.
He noted that generosity, benevolence, unity and forgiveness are some significant essence found in Terhünyi festival.
The governor wished all happiness, good health, prosperity and happy celebrations and urged all to celebrate the festival by following the Covid-19 protocols.
