
The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has informed that it would be operating a stall at the Hornbill Festival, Naga Heritage village, Kisama, Nagaland from December 1-10.
In a press release, RBI deputy general manager, Siladitya Biswas informed that RBI would provide the following services to the public at the stall: exchanges of currency notes / coins and adjudication of mutilated notes; financial awareness relating to digital banking, customer service, safe banking practises, grievance redressal mechanisms, currency note features etc., and general queries relating to banks, financial institutions, banking products/ services etc.
It has informed the public to visit the stall at the festival premises.
