Tata Motors has launched the new micro SUV “Tata Punch” at Nili Motors, near secretariat Kohima on Friday.
State Regional Transport Officer (RTO) Yoansanglee Chang and manager State Bank of India, New Secretariat Branch, Bendangla Amer officially launched the SUV. Earlier, pastor, Peducha Nagamese Baptist Church, Velavoyi invoked God’s blessing.
According to the officials, Tata Punch has received a positive response in the state even before the official launching and the bookings has crossed 100 mark in a month. The sub-compact SUV has a ground clearance of 187 mm and powered by 1.2 Revetron petrol engine with three cylinders. Tata Punched is also tagged as the most safest car of India with 5 Star rating by GNCAP.
