SAC Tuensang approves annual action plan

Krishi Vigyan Kendra (KVK) Tuensang conducted Scientific Advisory Committee (SAC) meeting on January 25 at Naviin Hotel, Conference Hall, Tuessang.
A press release by KVK Tuensang stated that chairperson of the meeting, District Agriculture Officer (DAO), Tuensang K. Showuba highlighted the areas where convergence programmes can be carried out among various agri and allied departments in the district.
At the meeting, the committee approved the annual action plan and further recommendations were put up.
Earlier, welcome address was delivered by SMS (horticulture)Dr.Shisarenla Aier, highlight of the SAC meeting was given by ACTO (agronomy)Samuel Sangtam and annual action plan 2022 was presented by ACTO, (extension education)Longmayanger. The meeting was attended by the Divisional Forest Officer (DFO), Tuensang and HoDs of agri. and allied departments, officers, NGOs and farmer representatives.
The meeting concluded with vote of thanks by farm manager, KVK, Tuensang Yanger I. Kichu.
