Nagaland on Monday recorded three more Covid-19 deaths, pushing the toll to 746 (including 4 non-Covid deaths but with positivity) while 71 fresh cases were reported during the day.
Two deaths were reported in Kohima and one in Dimapur while 38 fresh cases were from Kohima, 23 in Dimapur, six in Mokokchung, two in Wokha and one each in Mon and Tuensang.
As on February 7, the cumulative Covid caseload stood at 34927.
Meanwhile, a total of 14,21,340 persons had been inoculated against Covid-19 (804460 first dose and 616880 second dose) while 15982 received their booster dose. Altogether, 50934 teenagers got their first dose of Covaxin.
PTI: India on Monday reported 83,876 fresh Covid-19 cases that took its total tally to 4,22,72,014, the health ministry said.
This is the first time in around 32 days that daily cases have dropped below one lakh.
The death toll climbed to 5,02,874 with 895 more fatalities.
